PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Client representative services: work as liaison between the client and the General Contractor/Construction Management firm for transparency and the successful completion of the project. Concept to completion, Assist in each phase of the construction until the project Completion.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATION

The Omega Team will continue to be fully engaged throughout the construction administration process. The primary objective of this phase is to review submitted trade packages and technical submittals and ensure they meet the design requirements. The Project Manager will provide a main link of communication between the design and CM teams and work closely with them to deliver the described work items on schedule.

Deliverables for the Construction Administration Phase include:

  • Review of shop drawings and submittals, inclusive of up to one resubmittal per shop drawing.
  • Daily telephone, e-mail coordination.
  • Review of change orders, answering of questions, and issuing of clarifications during construction.
  • Preparation of final inspection affidavits and substantial completion certificates.
  • Punch list
  • RFIS.
  • Submittal reviews
  • CM bid phase, bid reviews / RFIs.
  • Inspection reports.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

OMEGA Project Management team is responsible for overseeing the project and delivering a quality product on budget and on schedule.

Our team is responsible for the following:

  • Managing the entire project and coordinate all demolition and installation activities with the qualified subcontractors. Reporting progress and obtaining timely, coordinated comments and approvals. Contractor coordination.
  • During the Construction phase, OMEGA will work closely with The Client and the respective stakeholders. Communication throughout the construction phase will be critical for a seamless and successful process.
